I was quoted $135 plus tax a night and charged $153 plus tax.
room not clean, poor choice for breakfast
The staff was friendly...
They room was nasty & stinking..
Location was very convenient to the Reunion attended by me @ Duke University. The staff were polite & friendly. Parking was more than adequate. Coffee provided with breakfast was robust and flavorful.
Handle above bathtub was loose at both ends creating a hazard for anyone using it to arise from tub. Breakfast didn't include juice or cold cereal, both of which I would have preferred to granola bars and hot cereal. Lack of staircase serving central portion of building necessitated use of elevator (which, however, functioned very well).
The bathroom was filthy the toilet was nasty with black stuff in the inside
Not very clean staff not helpful with area info
It was very peaceful during the night
I didn't like that the room was not clean
The customer service at the front desk the light skin Lil girl need to be cleaning a room
Helpful staff, you can have breakfast there, functioning iron
the smell of mold, one towel was not clean, cheapest soap, no slippers, first floor
Loved that the Air Conditioner worked and keep me comfortable all night. The bed was ok.
The really really sticky floors, and the dogs barking 2 doors down
The bed was comfortable. The room was clean
I made a reservation for a queen size studio and received a full size bed. I then asked the hotel personnel about this his response was a full size is considered a queen size
The costumer service was a1.
Drink machine not on second floor
Paid cash,had to leave deposit.
The room was cozy.
Was there 2 days and never saw housekeeping. No toilet paper in the bathroom. A strange smell in the room. But we were keep waiting because housekeeping was cleaning the room. Didn't smell like it had been cleaned .
One of the front desk attendent was very nasty aND rude to me.
That I wasn't able to get any sleep all night long because of the guest above me jumping around all night long and the front desk attendent got an attitude and got nasty with me because I kept calling about the jumping from 10pm to 4am in the morning
